- 3 ripe bananas, mashed up
- 2 eggs
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- Nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preparing the Batter:
- Mash Bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients: Stir in the eggs and mix well. If using nuts, add them now.
- Combine with Cake Mix: Gradually add the cake mix to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
- Baking:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare Pans: Grease 2 small loaf pans.
- Bake: Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pans and bake for about 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cooling and Serving:
- Cool: Let the bread cool in the pans for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve: Enjoy one loaf warm, and if desired, freeze the other for later.
