Ingredients:
- 1 box Spice Cake Mix
- 20 oz Apple Pie Filling
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup softened Butter
- 3 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13″ cake pan.
- Beat together the cake mix, apple pie filling, and eggs until well blended (there will still be chunks of apple).
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- For the frosting, whip the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar.
- Add milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
