Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
  • 2 steaks (10 oz strip steaks recommended)
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (for steak)
  • Steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Wash your potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
  3. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking them around at least a couple of times while they cook.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, cut your steak into about 1-inch cubes.
  5. Coat the steak bites in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside.
  7. Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes (this will cook them to about medium doneness).
  8. Melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley.
  9. Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and serve them over the crispy potatoes.
