  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, additional for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet, add in the chopped green peppers, chopped red peppers, onions, and salt and pepper. Drain excess fat from pan.

  3. Add to the pan with the ground beef and stir to combine.
  4. In a saucepan, add the shredded cheese, milk, and butter, and melt together over low heat.
  5. Add 3 tbsp oil to a clean skillet and heat on medium.
  6. Lay out the large tortillas and place a large spoon of sloppy joe mix in the center. Add a good spoonful of cheese sauce on top of the beef mix. Roll the tortilla into a burrito.
