Lemon Butter Garlic Fish

Ingredients:

  • 350g of boneless fish fillets, cut into 3-inch chunks
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of crushed pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Season the Fish: Start by seasoning the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let them sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Heat the Butter: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter.
  3. Cook the Fish: Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, place the fish fillets in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Add Lemon Juice: Drizzle with fresh lemon juice just before serving.
