- Heat the Butter: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter.
- Cook the Fish: Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, place the fish fillets in the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
- Add Lemon Juice: Drizzle with fresh lemon juice just before serving.
