Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast, ranch dressing, diced red onion, diced tomatoes, and chopped fresh cilantro or parsley. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the ranch dressing.
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out in the center of each one.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the lettuce on each tortilla, distributing it evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
- Serve the chicken ranch wraps immediately, or wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
