Instructions
1. **Preheat the Oven**:
– Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
2. **Prepare the Brownie Layer**:
– In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder.

– Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie layer. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is set. Allow to cool completely.
