Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients

– 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup creamy peanut butter
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

1. Oven Prelude: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
2. Sift and Whisk: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
