Ingredients
For the Shrimp:
– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– ½ tsp smoked paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Wraps:
– 4 large flour tortillas (or spinach wraps)
– 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
– ½ cup Caesar dressing
– ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Optional Add-Ins:
– Cherry tomatoes
– Croutons
– Avocado slices
Instructions
1- Season & Grill the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill (or sauté) over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
2- Assemble the Wraps
Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
Layer with lettuce, grilled shrimp, Parmesan, and any extras.
Squeeze lemon juice over the top.
3- Roll & Serve!
Fold sides in and roll tightly. Slice in half if desired.
