Ingredients:
- 3 large potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
- 2 steaks (10 oz strip steaks recommended)
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder (for steak)
- Steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions:
- Wash your potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley.
- Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, shaking them around at least a couple of times while they cook.
- While the potatoes are cooking, cut your steak into about 1-inch cubes.
- Coat the steak bites in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside.
- Cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for about 7 minutes (this will cook them to about medium doneness).
- Melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley.
- Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and serve them over the crispy potatoes.
