Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 can cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 package egg noodles
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion. Drain excess fat.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
5. In a baking dish, layer cooked noodles, beef mixture, soup mixture, and shredded cheese.
6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
