Ingredients
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, and egg.
3. Press mixture into a baking dish to form a large patty.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk. Pour over the meat patty.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
