Apple Cinnamon Crisp

Ingredients

– 4 large apples, peeled and sliced
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– ¼ cup granulated sugar
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– ½ cup all-purpose flour
– ½ cup old-fashioned oats
– ½ cup brown sugar
– ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping over the apples.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the apples are tender and the topping is golden.
