Ingredients
– 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
– 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
– 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
– 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the cheesecake layer by mixing softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a bowl. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add Baileys Irish Cream to the mixture and continue beating until light and aerated. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until thickened and doubled in volume.
4. Add Baileys, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar to the whipped cream. Beat until stiff peaks form.
5. Crush Oreo cookies into small pieces using a rolling pin for the crumble layer.
6. Use piping bags for easy layering. Start with a layer of crushed Oreos in serving glasses.
7. Add a layer of the cheesecake mixture, followed by whipped cream.
8. Repeat the layers: Oreos, cheesecake, whipped cream.
9. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
