Beef Tips and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package beef with onion soup mix
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound sirloin tips, cubed “beef”
  • 1 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles

Instructions
1️⃣ Prep and Bake: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large casserole dish, combine the mushroom soup, beef with onion soup mix, mushrooms, and water. Add the sirloin tips, ensuring they’re well coated with the mixture. Bake for an hour, allowing the beef to become tender and the flavors to meld beautifully.

2️⃣ Noodle Time: While the beef is baking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles until al dente, then drain them well.
