– 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 4 1/2 ounces unsalted butter
– 1 teaspoon bubble-gum flavoring
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 3 drops white food gel
– 3 drops pink food gel
– 1 cup mini marshmallows
– 1/4 cup confetti rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
1. Prepare the Tin:
– Line a 9×9-inch square baking tin with parchment paper to easily remove the fudge later.
2. Melt Chocolate Mixture:
– In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
– Microwave the mixture in 40-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
3. Add Flavors and Colors:
– Stir in the bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla extract to give it that classic candy taste.
– Optionally, divide the mixture into separate bowls and add white and pink food gels for a marbled effect.
4. Combine with Marshmallows:
– Gently fold in the mini marshmallows to evenly distribute them throughout the mixture.
5. Pour and Chill:
– Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared tin, using a spatula to smooth the top.
– Sprinkle the top generously with confetti rainbow sprinkles for a festive touch.
– Refrigerate for about 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.
6. Serve:
– Once set, lift the fudge out of the tin using the edges of the parchment paper.
– Cut the fudge into 16 squares.
