Cheesy Beefy Roll-Ups

Ingredients:


– 2.25 lb ground beef
– Seasonings: 1/4 tsp of each seasoned salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper
– 1 tbsp beef broth
– 2 tbsp Lipton onion soup packet
– 1/4 cup each of purple onions, yellow onions, green peppers, red peppers
– 8 tortillas
– Salsa con queso cheese dip
– 2 tbsp white rice
– 1 tsp garlic butter (for cooking)

Dipping Sauce:


– 2 tbsp mayo
– 1/2 tbsp sour cream
– 3 tsp Kinder buttery buffalo sauce
– Red pepper flakes (for topping)
– Parsley (for topping)

Instructions:


1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with all the seasonings: seasoned salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, beef broth, and Lipton onion soup packet. Add the purple onions, yellow onions, green peppers, and red peppers, cooking with the meat until tender.
2. Lay out the tortillas and spread the salsa con queso cheese dip evenly over each one. Add some of the cooked meat mixture (as much as you like) and 2 tbsp of cooked white rice.
3. Roll up the tortillas and place them in a skillet with 1 tsp of garlic butter. Cook each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
4. For the dipping sauce, mix mayo, sour cream, and buttery buffalo sauce in a small bowl. Top with red pepper flakes and parsley.
5. Serve the cheesy beefy roll-ups with the dipping sauce.
