Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of pasta (like penne or fusilli)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms; sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, salt, and black pepper; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cooked pasta and steak. Cook until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
