– 1/3 cup sour cream
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
– 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
– 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and sour cream until smooth.
4. Add onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then mix until combined.
5. Stir in the cooked ground beef, corn, ½ cup of cheddar cheese, and chopped bacon with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and layer ½ cup of cheese and tater tots on top.
7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and the tater tots are browned.
8. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheese and bake for about 5 more minutes, until the cheese is melted.
9. Serve with an additional sprinkle of bacon, if desired.
Enjoy!
