Ingredients:
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese. Stir and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat and mix in the cooked pasta, chicken, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
