Crispy Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

– 3-4 cups cauliflower florets
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Toss cauliflower florets with melted butter in a large bowl. Ensure all pieces are coated with butter, using a silicone pastry brush if needed.
3. Combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the butter-coated cauliflower florets.
4. Cover the bowl with a tight-fitting lid and gently toss to coat.
5. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to crisp.

Air Fryer Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 3 minutes.
2. Spray the crisper plate with olive oil and place the cauliflower in a single layer. Lightly spray the florets with olive oil to promote crispiness.
3. Cook for about 20 minutes, or until desired tenderness. Optionally, gently turn the pieces over halfway through with a rubber-tipped spatula.
