Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Minute Rice
- 2 3/4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup raisins
- Cinnamon (for sprinkling)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a buttered 1-quart baking dish, combine the Minute Rice, milk, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and raisins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring after 15 minutes and again when the pudding is done.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Serve warm or chilled. The pudding will thicken as it stands.
