Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs. steak (cut into cubes – sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye, or strip steak)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  2. Once hot, add the steak cubes and season well with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and add the butter, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes longer, stirring to coat the steak bites in the garlic-butter sauce.
  6. Serve with sautéed green beans and mashed potatoes.
