Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/4 lbs. steak (cut into cubes – sirloin, tenderloin, rib eye, or strip steak)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Once hot, add the steak cubes and season well with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add the butter, rosemary, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes longer, stirring to coat the steak bites in the garlic-butter sauce.
- Serve with sautéed green beans and mashed potatoes.
