Ingredients
– 12 ounces tortellini pasta
– ½ pound Italian ground sausage
– ½ medium yellow onion, diced
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cups mozzarella cheese
– ½ cup cooked chopped bacon
– 1 tablespoon minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Sliced pepperoni
– 24 ounces pizza sauce
Instructions
Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté onions in olive oil until soft. Add ground beef and sausage, cook until browned. Add garlic, cook for 1 minute. Season with Italian seasoning.
Drain grease and return meat to skillet. Add bacon.
Add pizza sauce and cooked tortellini. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Cover, turn off heat, and let steam melt the cheese.
