Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded cheddar cheese, onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
