Pickle Slushy Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 packet fruit punch Kool-Aid
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • Pickle slices (for garnish)
  • Tajín or additional sugar (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
  • Measure out 1 cup of pickle juice.
  • Fill 2 cups with ice.
  • Have your packet of fruit punch Kool-Aid ready.
  • Optionally, slice a few pickles for garnish and set them aside.
  1. Blend the Slushy:
  • In a blender, combine the pickle juice and ice.
  • Add the packet of fruit punch Kool-Aid to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  1. Sweeten the Slushy:
  • Taste the slushy mixture. If desired, add 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, adjusting to taste.
  • Blend again to mix in the sugar thoroughly.
  1. Serve the Slushy:
  • Pour the slushy mixture into cups.
  • Top with pickle slices for garnish.
  1. Add Garnish:
  • Sprinkle Tajín or additional sugar on top of the pickle slices, if desired, for an extra burst of flavor.
  1. Enjoy:
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your unique and refreshing Pickle Slushy!
