– 1 box yellow cake mix
– 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, with juice
– 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
– 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
– 1 cup cold milk
– 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
1- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix with the crushed pineapple (including the juice) and shredded coconut. Mix until well combined.
3- Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
4- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
