Pumpkin Pie Bars

Ingredients
– 1 package (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
– ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
– 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin purée
– 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
– 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and melted butter. Mix until well combined and crumbly.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.

2️⃣ Make the Pumpkin Filling:
In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin purée, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and well combined.

3️⃣ Assemble the Bars:
Pour the pumpkin filling over the crust in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

4️⃣ Bake the Bars:
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the bars cool completely in the baking dish.

5️⃣ Serve:
Once cooled, cut the pumpkin pie bars into squares or rectangles.
Serve as is, or with a dollop of whipped cream on top for an extra treat.
