Ingredients
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1 ounce grenadine
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 1 ounce water
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Pour grenadine into a hurricane glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice or small cubes.
- In a separate cup or shot glass, mix together the pineapple juice and Malibu.
- Slowly pour the pineapple juice and coconut rum mixture into the hurricane glass.
- In another cup, mix the water and blue curacao.
- Put a spoon against the glass and pour the blue curacao mix slowly over it so it will float on the yellow layer.
- Garnish with a lemon or orange slice.
