Ingredients:
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 cloves roasted garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup skim milk
- ¼ cup half and half
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ cups boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or grease and sprinkle with cornmeal.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced roasted garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the flour and cook for an additional 1 minute until well blended.
- Slowly whisk in the skim milk and half and half. Mix in the black pepper.

- Roll out the pizza dough into a roughly 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the white sauce over the dough evenly.
- Top the sauce with cooked and shredded chicken, diced red onion, and Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 17 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme, dried oregano, and fresh parsley.
