Ingredients
– 2 sticks of butter, at room temperature
– 1 cup powdered sugar
– 1 cup honey
– 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Whip the butter until it’s nice and creamy. (Room temperature butter makes this easier.)
2. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
3. Add the honey and cinnamon, then whip the mixture thoroughly. Be sure to scrape the sides and whip a little more.
4. Store in the fridge or at room temperature, depending on your preference. It spreads easier at room temperature.
Serve on rolls, toast, bagels, sweet potatoes, or anything you like.
