Two-Ingredient Pumpkin Donuts

Ingredients

– 1 package yellow cake mix (15.25 oz.)
– 1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz.)

Instructions

1. **Prepare the Dough:**
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix and pumpkin puree. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

2. **Shape and Bake the Donuts:**
Spoon the batter into a large resealable plastic bag and cut off one corner to create a piping bag.
Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

3. **Serve:**
Enjoy the donuts plain or sprinkle with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, or glaze for extra sweetness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Enjoy!
